Volunteer Opportunities

We need volunteers to bake and donate cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and other treats. All proceeds from the bake sale will go directly to the Will Power Trust.

• • Drop off your baked goods on the morning of the event
• • Please include a list of ingredients for allergy concerns
• • Individually wrapped items preferred

We need volunteers to help set up volleyball nets, tents, tables, chairs, and other equipment. Setup will begin at 7:00 AM on the day of the event.

• • Setting up volleyball courts
• • Arranging tables for registration and auction
• • Setting up tents and shade structures
• • Decorating the venue

We need volunteers to help with various aspects of running the tournament, including scorekeeping, refereeing, and coordinating teams.

• • Scorekeeping for matches
• • Assisting referees
• • Coordinating team schedules
• • Distributing water and supplies

We need volunteers to help display auction items, sell tickets, monitor bidding, and assist with prize distribution at the end of the event.

• • Setting up auction displays
• • Selling auction tickets
• • Answering questions about prizes
• • Assisting with prize distribution

We need volunteers to help clean up after the event concludes at 5:00 PM. This includes taking down equipment, collecting trash, and ensuring we leave Breakwater Beach in pristine condition.

• • Taking down volleyball nets and equipment
• • Collecting and disposing of trash
• • Packing up tables, chairs, and tents
• • Loading equipment into vehicles

If you're flexible and willing to help wherever needed, sign up as a general volunteer. We'll assign you to areas that need additional support throughout the day.
